Shipping costs are worked out in the 'shopping bag' before you reach the 'checkout'.
Shipping is calculated volumetrically, so is determined by the size and the weight of the package. Under 1lb we use Royal Mail, and over 1lb we use a courier to ensure all packages are tracked.

All our orders are shipped from our location in London, England. Customers may be required to pay local customs or duty charges on orders over $750; these are not included in your payment to us and the tariffs are set by your Government.
Outside of the Christmas period our mail order department is a team of one, and we aim to process orders by the next working day. During the busier periods of November/December, please allow 2-3 days extra when receiving your item. Please also note that orders are only processed Monday to Friday.
We do not add any extra charge for packing as we recycle all the packaging we receive.
Postal charges will be added to your bag after you have entered your delivery address, to ensure the correct price.
Whilst your order will only usually take a few days to reach you, please allow up to two weeks for delivery of your orders.
